Horizont ProConsult specializes in project work throughout the whole project cycle. From the first stages of research and proposal writing to designing, implementation and dissemination activities. All projects are based on international cooperation with long-standing partnerships across Europe.

We are focused on carrying out school staff and vocational students international mobility activities abroad, thereby enhancing quality of training, while building international capacity.
