The aim of the mobility activities funded by the Erasmus+ program is to improve the quality of vocational education and training (VET) as well as school education.
Since 2017, we have been developing and implementing international projects in the fields of VET and school education, conducting over 150 mobilities for students and teachers annually. Our work mainly involves collaboration with a network of partner organizations abroad and over 30 educational institutions in Bulgaria.
Internships abroad offer not only valuable work experience but also a fantastic opportunity for cultural exchange and the development of personal qualities and skills in students.

Mobility opportunities for professionals and leaders in VET or school education are also available to enhance the professional competencies of teachers and school staff abroad. These activities involve the exchange of experiences and good practices through Job shadowing in similar organizations, such as schools, enterprises, NGOs, or research institutions.
Horizont ProConsult also arranges work observations and visits aimed at exchanging best practices in schools or companies hosting trainees, based on a pre-arranged program.
