Expertise

With nearly 10 years of experience in European programmes and international cooperation, we help organisations transform their ideas into sustainable projects with lasting impact.

Our expertise covers the entire project cycle—from strategic planning and securing funding to the successful implementation of mobility programmes, training initiatives, and international partnerships.

Thanks to our extensive experience, broad network of European partners, and the thousands of mobility activities we have coordinated, we create opportunities for development, learning, and long-term positive impact for the organisations and individuals we work with.

Horizont ProConsult Ltd. possesses recognized expertise in project management, built on nearly 10 years of experience in the field. We have deeply explored the opportunities for project development and funding under the Erasmus+ program. We advise our clients and partners on selecting the most suitable funding type based on the needs of their organizations and the target groups they serve.

Our work involves comprehensive engagement throughout the project cycle—from the initial stages of needs analysis and proposal development to structuring and implementing activities and disseminating project results.

After thoroughly analyzing the project idea in line with the needs and goals of our clients, and drafting the project, we proceed to identify the most suitable partner from our long-standing network of partnerships in European countries. We work with clients in all areas of vocational education and training (VET), school education, and non-governmental organizations, including international ones.

Our expertise is also built on years of organizing courses and training aimed at overall improvement of the educational environment at the European level.

Our portfolio consists of dozens of significant projects, European partners, hundreds of completed mobilities, and over a million euros raised annually.
