The organization

Horizon ProConsult EOOD is a consulting agency specialising in the development and management of projects under the Erasmus+ Programme. We aim to improve the quality of vocational education and training in Bulgaria through international projects and the implementation of international learning mobility activities. The Horizon ProConsult team develops and implements cooperation projects that facilitate the exchange of experience and expertise among businesses, non-governmental organisations, and public institutions.

At the heart of our work is a commitment to promoting professional and personal development through innovative educational solutions, international cooperation, and the exchange of best practices.

Our team has extensive experience and expertise in the development, management, and implementation of the following activities:

Student mobility for internships and work placements
Teacher mobility for job shadowing and study visits
Sports staff mobility for the exchange of best practices
Strategic planning and organisational accreditation
Long-term cross-sectoral cooperation projects

With more than 500 mobility placements annually, we support students, teachers, and sports professionals in developing their knowledge, skills, and professional competencies through international exchange and training.
