Managing Director
As the founder of Horizont ProConsult, she has over 10 years of experience in developing and preparing international mobility and cooperation projects in the fields of VET (vocational education and training), formal, and non-formal education.
As the leader of a team with extensive expertise in preparing and managing international activities in education, she focuses entirely on developing project proposals for Bulgarian and international clients. In this way, Horizont ProConsult successfully implements activities and innovations that advance educational practices and approaches in the 21st century.
Project Manager
Maria oversees the monitoring of mobilities for students and school staff in accordance with European standards. She participates in the development and management of international projects and is actively involved in the administrative processes of Horizont ProConsult, including training new employees. She collaborates with educational institutions, teachers, and students to create innovative and modern educational programs.
Administrative Manager
At Horizont ProConsult, Adriana is responsible for key administrative and financial processes, including planning and budget management, as well as advising clients on Erasmus+ funding issues. She is also engaged in human resources management, coordinating business trips and delegations, and ensuring the smooth operation of all internal processes.
Activities Coordinator
Viktor’s primary responsibilities include communication and coordination with international partners and organizations, planning and organizing mobilities, financial and administrative management, monitoring, and preparing final reports. He also provides support to participants before, during, and after their mobilities.
