Ms Denitsa Andonova, head of the team graduated from the University of Strasbourg, France, with additional training at the University of Bologna, Italy in strategic management of social enterprises, as well as numerous other training in different European countries within non-formal education in the fields of education through sport, human rights, entrepreneurship, etc.

She holds solid expertise in development and management of Erasmus+ international mobility projects and strategic cooperation actions within the fields of Vocational Education Training (VET), youth, adult and non-formal school education. In the last 10 years Ms. Andonova benefits of extensive experience in implementation of international learning mobility schemes, as she has conducted a number of training activities for trainers, teachers, NGO staff, youth workers and leaders. In addition, she has experience in developing training programs for trainers / tutors, as well facilitates cooperation between teachers, school staff and training providers offering possibilities for partnerships and drawing up learning plans according to the target groups’ needs. Ms Andonova is fluent in 3 foreign languages. She participates regularly in several EU networking events, conferences and constantly extends her wide network and contacts portfolio in Bulgaria and abroad. It is a good base for dissemination of project results and for ensuring sustainability of the practices to be exchanged. At present, Ms Denitsa Andonova runs a small team at Horizon ProConsult Ltd., organizing informational events in order to better promote the Erasmus + program and its opportunities among schools and VET institutions in Bulgaria. The team offers guidance upon requests for establishing international partnerships, provides assistance in development and implementation of international mobility projects and offers support for overall project management, monitoring and evaluation activities, as well provides logistical and practical support to participants.
