VET and School Education Sector

Since 2017, we have been developing and implementing international projects in the VET and school education sectors, carrying out over 150 mobilities for students and teachers annually. Our work mainly involves collaboration with a network of partner organizations abroad and over 30 educational institutions in Bulgaria. 

We are motivated to develop the potential of Bulgarian high schools and believe that through teacher and student mobilities:

  • Capacity for innovative educational methods is developed.
  • The quality of the educational process is improved, along with motivation for growth.
  • Opportunities for professional realization of young specialists are increased, aligning with their fields of study.
  • Participants become familiar with EC procedures related to Erasmus+ and accreditation of educational institutions is encouraged for their strategic international development.
  • Local challenges, such as early school leaving and the risk of social isolation, are addressed.

Our Services

Horizont ProConsult offers services for the complete development and implementation of educational mobility projects, including both one-year projects and tailored strategic plans for the development of educational institutions under the Erasmus+ 2021–2027 accreditation framework.

We provide consulting services for managing mobility projects from start to finish and ensure collaboration with quality partner organizations abroad, tailored to the needs of beneficiaries.

Our services include:

  • Specialized consultation with the team leader – an expert in the field with over 10 years of experience.
  • Finding suitable partner organizations abroad aligned with the beneficiary's needs, including comprehensive communication in a foreign language.
  • Preparing a work program tailored to the beneficiary's needs and program requirements, as well as the specific topics relevant to the target group.
  • Writing the project proposal or strategic plan for the institution's international development.
  • Coordinating the project and included activities, ensuring agreements with partners that meet the beneficiary’s requirements.
  • Comprehensive support during the mobility activities and the stay of target groups abroad.
  • Administrative management and support during monitoring by funding bodies.
  • Developing dissemination plans and implementing measures to ensure the reliability of project results.
  • Providing technical and administrative assistance after the project concludes.

The project funded by the Erasmus+ programme took place in Zaragoza, Spain. The visit was incredibly beneficial.
