The project “Work Based Learning – entrance to the professional future” held in Sofia in February 2020 a mobility activity that has gathered 24 educational experts from 8 countries.
The topics discussed were the challenges that the VET sector faces in each country, which are the best approaches to address them and the importance of the work-based learning approach for securing quality career paths for young people. As a result, a Best practices document has been prepared by the group of participants. It contains the issues faced by each country and number of solutions that have been discussed. In addition, the participants had a chance to exchange ideas and it was a great opportunity for networking in the field of education and training for future collaborations.
The document of best practices is freely available and could be downloaded here.
