As part of the monitoring and quality assurance activities related to the accreditation of the “Horizon” National Consortium under the “Erasmus+” program, a working visit was conducted to our partner IFOM in Italy. The project number is 2025-1-BG01-KA121-VET-000312650, and it is funded under the “Erasmus+” program.
During the meetings held in Bologna and Reggio Emilia, participants discussed the implementation of ongoing mobility activities, the results achieved, and feedback on their implementation. Representatives of both organizations exchanged best practices, analyzed the processes involved in organizing and implementing the mobility activities, and outlined guidelines for the future development of their cooperation. During the visit, the partner organization’s office and the participants’ accommodations were inspected to assess the conditions and ensure the high quality of the services provided.
A key focus of the monitoring visit was the meetings with teachers and students from the National Trade and Banking High School – a member of the “Horizon ProConsult” accreditation consortium. During the discussions, participants shared their impressions of the mobility program, the professional experience they gained, the new knowledge and skills they acquired, as well as their overall satisfaction with their stay and practical training in Italy. The feedback received is a valuable tool for the continuous improvement of the organization and quality of future mobility programs.
At the same time, organizational meetings were held regarding the preparation for the upcoming student mobility program for students from the Plovdiv Commercial High School. All key organizational details related to the upcoming training were discussed to ensure the successful implementation of the project activities.
Monitoring visits are an essential element of the implementation of accreditation under the “Erasmus+” program. They contribute to effective communication among partner organizations, the monitoring of the quality of mobility programs, and the sustainable development of international partnerships. Through such meetings, “Horizon ProConsult” continues to ensure high standards in project implementation and to create even more opportunities for the professional and personal development of students and teachers.
