From October 13 to 27, 2026, 22 students from the “Kolyo Ficheto” High School of Architecture, Construction, and Design in Yambol are participating in a two-week educational mobility program in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, Spain. The exchange is part of the “Erasmus+” program, project No. 2026-1-BG01-KA121-VET-000405437, in partnership with Sun Dreams Global.
Students from the following programs are participating in the initiative: “Construction and Architecture”, “Computer Graphics”, “Graphic Design”, “Computer Animation”, “Interior Design”, “Geodesy” and “Gas Engineering.”
The main objective of the mobility program is to enhance students’ professional knowledge and practical skills through training in an international environment and exposure to modern technologies and work methods.
During their stay, participants take part in specialized practical training sessions, workshops, and the completion of real-world project tasks under the guidance of local professionals. These activities provide an opportunity to apply knowledge acquired in school, learn new professional approaches, and develop teamwork skills.
As part of the educational program, students visit the “Elder” Museum of Science and Technology in Las Palmas. Through interactive experiments and scientific demonstrations, they learn about various technological solutions and innovations that complement their practical training.
In addition to professional activities, the mobility program also offers opportunities to explore the cultural heritage and attractions of the island of Gran Canaria. The international environment contributes to the development of students’ language and social skills, as well as their independence and adaptability.
Participation in the “Erasmus+” program provides valuable opportunities for professional and personal development, helping to prepare young people for their future careers in the European labor market.
