From May 29 to June 13, 2026, students from Vasil Levski High School in Galabovo, studying in the “E-Commerce” and “Applied Informatics” programs, successfully completed an international mobility program in Zaragoza, Spain, as part of Project No. 2025-1-BG01-KA122-VET-000333783.
During the mobility program, the students combined professional internships with a rich educational and cultural program organized jointly with Spanish partner Mundus. They worked in a real-world work environment under the guidance of experienced mentors, where they developed their professional, digital, language, and social competencies, while also learning about best European practices and modern technologies.
The program included specialized training sessions and workshops on communication skills, marketing, artificial intelligence, and the Spanish language. Of particular interest were the meetings with representatives from the companies XPEGY and Mental Page, who demonstrated the real-world application of artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and e-commerce in modern business. The students developed their own online store, participated in hands-on exercises, and honed their skills for working in an international professional environment.
As part of the exchange program, the participants visited CaixaForum Zaragoza, where they were introduced to the world of science, art, and innovation; the historic Aljafería Palace; the Natural History Museum at the University of Zaragoza; and a museum showcasing the development of economic life and trade relations in the region. An unforgettable experience for everyone was the visit to the Monasterio de Piedra Natural Park, known for its impressive waterfalls, lakes, and natural landmarks, as well as the Cistercian monastery of the same name, founded in the 12th century.
At the AulaZenter educational center, the students participated in a specialized workshop on writing a professional resume, where they gained practical knowledge on how to prepare a successful application and learned about the requirements of the European labor market.
Participation in the project proved to be a valuable practical and life experience for all participants. In addition to enhancing their professional knowledge and skills, the students developed independence, initiative, self-confidence, and the ability to work in an international environment. Meetings with business representatives, work on real-world professional tasks, and intercultural exchange broadened their worldview and motivated them to continue their professional development.
Following the successful completion of the mobility program, all participants received Europass Certificates attesting to the knowledge, skills, and competencies they acquired during their internship.
The mobility program once again demonstrated that the “Erasmus+” program provides young people with invaluable opportunities for learning, professional development, intercultural exchange, and successful career advancement in a dynamic European environment.
