The VET Circle project is developing an online platform to connect vocational school students with international employers and to provide them with practical internship and placement opportunities. The Horizon ProConsult team representing Bulgaria is working on the evaluation of the platform. The mentors of the trainees in the respective companies will have the opportunity to evaluate the practical performance of the students. On the other hand, the trainees will evaluate their satisfaction with what they have learned during their traineeship in the specific company. This will create a tripartite process, which will also involve the teachers’ evaluation of the students from the respective vocational schools.
Our team is developing an interactive module that will serve to obtain valuable and unbiased feedback from all parties. The module will include a questionnaire as well as guidelines and an interactive video. The development of the platform aims for high quality. The final deliverable is expected to be completed by the end of the year and testing will begin, after which the online platform will be ready for use by companies and vocational schools.
