On 12-13 September our team participated in the fourth transnational meeting of the Go4VocationalSkills project in Athens. The partners met for two days, discussed the activities implemented so far and planned the next steps of the project. The team also visited the AKMI premises and attended a lecture given by Ms. Pigi Mantzuratou on the importance of updating skills in VET. They also attended lectures on sound engineering and tourism at the AKMI center. The meeting was productive, and we started work on the next phase of the Go4VocationalSkills project. A test period has started on an IT platform developed during the project, which allows teachers and students to have a better idea of the level of both vocational skills and “soft” skills of the participants. During the testing, Horizon ProConsult will work together with several vocational schools from the logistics, construction, and renewable energy sectors.
