SUN4VET event in Fuerteventura, Canary Islands

SUN4VET

We are so happy to announce our participation in the networking event SUN4VET, organized by our partners form Sun Dreams Global in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. The purpose of the event was to gather partners from different European VET schools and companies like Horizont ProConsult, that support VET mobilities around Europe, and to promote the island of Fuerteventura as a potential destination for Erasmus + Key Action 1 mobility.

We were pleased to discover all the incredible possibilities the municipality of La Oliva has to offer as we had the chance to meet the owners of more than 50 companies that host VET students all year around. Also, we visited a few of the hotels, health care centers and other companies that always, and with no hesitations, are ready to take international interns as part of their teams and not only teach them what it takes to be a professional, but also give them the space to share and develop their knowledge and skills.

Our team, together with more than 50 other participants, were accommodated in the beautiful Surfing Colours Hotel. In the same hotel are being hosted the VET student and teacher groups that are doing their mobilities with Sun Dreams Global. Check out pictures from the fully equipped rooms with kitchen and bathroom, incredible pool that is open throughout the whole year, restaurant and bar.

We would like to thank the Sun Dreams team for organizing this event and for giving us the opportunity to validate and guarantee to our partnering schools in Bulgaria, the quality of the organization, accommodation and the hospitality and professionalism that the companies from the Municipality of La Oliva have to offer. We, form Horizont Proconsult, are so excited to provide our services to our partnering VET schools in Bulgaria to experience the Erasmus + mobility in Canary Islands. Don´t hesitate to contact us if you are interested in providing this experience to the students and teachers in your school.
