Erasmus+ accreditation in the field of Adult education

certificate

Horizon ProConsult received accreditation under the Erasmus+ program in the “Adult Education” sector. This is recognition of the quality of our work and gives us the opportunity to purposefully develop the capacity of our team and our trainees through international training, working visits, and sustainable partnerships in the coming years.

The main focus of the accreditation is the development of the team’s skills and expertise and the modernisation of our training programs through the application of innovative methods for non-formal education, digital tools, and artificial intelligence solutions. Through planned participation in training courses and working visits to established foreign organisations, our specialists will learn and adapt modern approaches to teaching soft skills, digital literacy, and working with AI – skills that are increasingly sought after and necessary.

The knowledge and good practices acquired will be permanently integrated into our training programs, with a particular focus on more vulnerable target groups. Updated and practice-oriented training will increase opportunities for employment and active participation in lifelong learning, in line with the European Union’s priorities for digitalisation, social inclusion, and active citizenship.

The accreditation aims to develop the key competences of our trainees – representatives of the NGO sector, coordinators of European and Erasmus+ projects, trainers and managers of micro-enterprises, including people in precarious employment. The planned mobility for international experience exchange will help build on the users’ skills in the field of digital tools, artificial intelligence, and non-formal education, as well as their confidence in working with vulnerable groups.

At the same time, accreditation will contribute to the creation of sustainable organisational capacity by expanding our network of international partners and experts. Particular attention will be paid to building a community of trainers and Erasmus+ project management specialists who support smaller organisations and young professionals.
In this way, Horizon ProConsult will consolidate its role as a reliable intermediary for the dissemination of good practices and sustainable social impact in the field of adult education, both nationally and internationally.

Our team has already started planning and coordinating the activities set out for the first year of the accreditation framework for sending trainers and trainees on mobility programs to exchange good practices. Follow our website for more info on the progress and results.
